We have a passion for children and real estate, and we have combined them together to benefit children in need. For every door we purchase (meaning a single dwelling) we sponsor one child through one of our favorite non-profit organizations, Compassion International!

We have been sponsoring these awesome kids for quite some time through Compassion, and we love all that they do for them through the donations they receive. It is our mission to not only continue to work with Compassion, but to make 1 door 1 child a tool for other investors to donate to help children in need.

Since its inception in 2010, the Tim Tebow Foundation has served those who are hurting, marginalized, and trapped in darkness in 90+ countries and counting. In addition to ministry operations and services that meet some of the most dire physical needs, TTF also has a heart to share the Gospel with as many vulnerable people as possible to help them know their inherent value as children of God.
